My passion is to help individuals and businesses grow. I have extensive experience in marketing strategy, branding, innovation and communication, and have helped many managers in cross generational and cross cultural groups to succeed in their careers.

I worked at Unilever for 26 years in both Europe and Africa, during which time I held roles such as Marketing Director, Business Unit Head and Board member. I have a track record of building successful businesses. In addition I had responsibility for Strategic Development of the East European Businesses, was member of the Unilever global Market Research Steering Committee, and East European member of the Unilever/Best Foods integration team.

In recent years I have consulted both independently and in partnership, for example with Brand Learning Partners (London) and Pure Consulting (Saudi Arabia)

I work extensively across Africa, Middle East and Asia. In addition to English, I speak fluent German and conversational Spanish. I frequently facilitate live action workshops and teamwork to improve results.

I am registered as an International Business Coach with ICR The Netherlands (ISO 17024 – Lloyds of London Register) and qualified as a SA Business Coach.
